We are having great fun at our new ‘Ciorcal Comhrá’ in The Arches Hotel in Claregalway.

Indeed, so many people are turning up that we’re afraid not everyone gets a chance to speak!

The craic was so good last Thursday night, with plenty of stories, that some people stayed on chatting ‘as Gaeilge’ for two hours after we finished up.

And we will be back there again this Thursday evening (8 to 9pm).

It is a very informal gathering and people with any level of Irish are encouraged to come along.

The conversation circle is an enjoyable way of practising whatever Irish you have and adult learners are particularly encouraged to come along and try saying a few words in a friendly setting.
